Helping Mainers! A state-wide organization to encourage ALL Mainers to donate into a fund that will help everyone that lives in this great state,that is having financial issues,be able to pay for rent/mortgage,utilities,needed home repairs,medical/dental needs,car repairs,etc. Imagine,if every person that lives in Maine,gave just $1 a week (or more),how many households that could help. Our goal,is to be able to help EVERY Maine family that is having financial issues,by paying directly for their particular need (ex.Pay directly to the utility company,etc.) We hope to be able to give each household that is in need,UP TO $5,000 a year,depending on the situation.95 cents out of each dollar given,goes directly to pay for a need. Wouldn't the world be a little bit better,if every state would have an organization that would do this?
